Soak the lenitls for 3 hours or overnight.
Grind them with water to form a coarse paste.
Add baisan and water as require to make it a thick paste. Also add salt and cumin seeds.
Let it sit for around 3 hours at room temperature.
Heat oil in a wok. Put one tablespoon spoon in oil and deep fry them.
Let it cool and then soak it in water and sqeeze the water out and put it in the yoghurt.
Serve with tamarind sauce and chat masala.
