Mix all these ingredients together and knead it well with luke warm water.
Make a slightly hard dough and leave for 15 to 20 minutes. Keep it covered.
After that roll it on a flat surface with the use of a roller in to thin and large chapati.
Now use a round shape cutter and make circle. you can.use any size of your choice.
Deep fry in hot oil on medium to high heat till they turn golden brown in colour and then take out on any absorbent paper.
Break it with hands and sprinkle over chart, dahi bary or anyother dish of your choice.
