Wash and dry the wings. Add lemon juice , crushed garlic and ginger , salt , black pepper , red pepper, flour , cornstarch and mix it together. Now add egg as needed to make a thick consistency. It should be pouring consistency. Marinate them for a few hours and deep fry them till they become light golden brown.
Take a deep wok add oil and crushed garlic. Sauté garlic till it changes into light golden color. Now add fried chicken wings along with honey, salt, black pepper. Stir fry till the wings are completely covered with honey and all other ingredients. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, stir and evenly distribute. Garnish with chopped green part of spring onions, serve hot.
Be careful while frying the wings. Do not turn them to the other side until the coating is firm.
Use medium heat for the frying of wings and high flame while stirring it with honey and other ingredients.
The egg and cornstarch Coating has to stick to the wings when you are going to deep fry them otherwise they will lose their taste.
Mix honey , salt and black pepper together in a small bowl properly and then add it to the wings for even distribution of ingredients.
Always use a deep wok to mix wings and honey so the coating remains intact and mixing becomes lot easier.
