Teenda is a very famous vegetable usually available in summers in Pakistan but easily available almost all seasons around the world. This recipe combine both vegetable and meat very beautifully and tastefully.

Empty tinday from the middle and steam them.
In a pot heat oil, fry onions, when they start to change color add ginger, garlic, mince and fry again.
Now add tomatoes, yogurt, all dried spices, the inner part of Teenday and cook until the mince is cooked.
Now fill the Tindas with the mince and put it over the remaining mice and cook on low flame until it’s done.
At the end garnish with onions, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander.
