Boil lasagna according to instructions on pack.
In a pan saute garlic n onion n green chilli paste.
Add mince n cook till color changes on low flame till cooked.
Add tomato paste n cook for another 2 to 3 mins.
Melt butter in a pan. Add flour, keep whisking with a whisk.
Add milk in batches… whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
Add salt black pepper n oregano.
If it thickens too much milk can b added again.
Preheat oven at 180 C.
Take a Lasagna sheet, apply white sauce in it and add mince, now roll sheets and place it on a baking dish.
Top with white sauce and some cheese and herbs and bake for 35 to 40
