Add all the ingredients mentioned above in a pan and cook for 5 to 10 minutes till everything is combined properly. You can taste and fix the seasoning according to your taste.

If you don’t like the taste of tomato puree you can simple use ready made pasta sauce for a different and yummy flavor.

Heat oil in a wok and add crused garlic. Saute for 30 seconds.

Add chopped onions and saute till turn soft and translucent.

Add mince and fry it till it changes color.

Add salt , red and black pepper.

Leave it for a while to cook in its own water with a lid on the top.

Chicken mince cooks really quick so it will not take alot of time.

After 5 minutes or when the mince is done take off the lid. Fry it a little more and add a pinch of mixed herbs.

Take it off the flame now.

When mince is ready add the prepared tomato sauce or pasta sauce to the mice according to your taste. The mince should be coated with this sauce.

Add butter to a wok and melt it on low flame.

Add flour to this melted butter and saute well on low flame till its starts smelling very nice.

Add milk in portions into this and mix it well with a whisker.

Keep adding and whisking till they are well combined and no lumps are there.

Check the thickness if you think it is very thick then you can add more milk in this too.

Add salt , black pepper and chicken cube.

Let it cook a little and then add both grated cheese in these.

Take a deep wok and add water in this.

Fill half of the wok with water and let it boil.

Add a pinch of salt and few drops of oil in this too.

When it starts boiling add lasagna sheets in it and let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes till they are done.

Drain the water and wash it with cold water ,also add 2 to 3 table spoons oil and mix well so they don’t stick to each other.

Take out a baking transparent dish of your choice.

Grease the dish with butter.

Spread out lasagna sheets on the bottom.

Add the second layer of cooked mince.

Pour white sauce on the mice.

Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on the top.

Now repeat this layering once again till your dish is full.

On the top sprinkle grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese , mixed herbs and crushed red pepper. You can also sprinkle black or green olives too.

Bake the dish for 20 to 30 minutes or until you see bubbles coming up from the edges.

Use the grill to give it a nice light golden color on the top.

You can make it with any beef and mutton mince too. For that just follow the exact method just add 1/2 cup water and give it pressure for 7 to 10 minutes according to your pressure cooker timings till it is done. After that fry it well till the water dries up. Its ready.

I personally don’t like to add a lot of sauce but everyone has different choice. Add it according to your taste and put the rest of it in the air tight jar and keep it in fridge. You can use it again in lasagna , pizza or pasta.
