The reason why I am calling it the American version is that the ingredients are really different from Pakistan to any other Western country. The milk pack cream in Pakistan is different and has a different consistency and taste than heavy whipping cream in Western countries. Similarly, the instant pudding is very different as well so I have modified the recipe according to the ingredients you get in Western countries like the United States.
