Boil mutton with garlic cloves and whole black pepper, till it becomes tender. Save the broth.
Take a wok, heat ghee and add the boiled mutton. Fry for few minutes, now add tomatoes, crushed black pepper, salt, green chilies, ginger garlic paste and fry more.
Add mutton broth in the mixture and cook till the water evaporates and the oil comes at top.
Add coriander, roasted crushed cumin and coriander leaves.
Give coal smoke at the end.
