This Pakistani Chinese dish sesame chicken is a must in Chinese menu everywhere. It is different yet simple to make. Not only kids love to eat this but people of all ages enjoy this dish
Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients mentioned above. For that first take all the ingredients and mix them in a bowl then dip the chicken pieces in it and coat evenly. Put this in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Make the batter by adding all the ingredients. Add cold water as much as needed to make a smooth paste that is not very runny nor very thick. The consistency should be such that it has to stick to the pieces.
Dip the chicken pieces in the batter and deep fry them in hot oil on medium flame.
Now combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix them properly.
Take a big wok and add all the fried chicken pieces in these.
Add the sauce in it and stir thoroughly so the chicken is completely coated with it.
At the end turn the flame off and add sesame seeds in the wok and stir again for the even distribution.
Garnish with chopped green part of green onion and serve hot.
You can use 500 grams of chicken boneless cubes as well with the same method and quantity.
When you fry chicken make sure to cover it so it’s cooked properly from inside as well.
