Boil rice and set aside.
Boil noodles and set aside.
Heat oil and saute boil noodles in it along with salt, black pepper, garlic and Soya Sauce.
Marinate chicken chunks with salt black pepper.
Add 1 egg, 2-3 tbsp corn flour and 2 tbsp Soya sauce and deep fry the pieces and set aside.
Cut vegetables, carrots, cabbage, capsicum, onion in cubes or slices.
Saute all vegetables in 2 tbsp oil, add salt, black pepper, Soya sauce, ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 cup ketchup.
Add chicken int his mixture and thicken with cornflour.
Mix 5-6 tbsp mayonnaise, 2-3 tablespoon chilli sauce or ketchup and 1-2 tbsp vinegar.
Separately fry sliced garlic n green chillies in some oil like making Tarka.
Take a deep dish, add boiled rice then noodles then gravy and on top sauce and put Tarka at the end.
