Make dough, mix all ingredients and set aside for at-least 25 minutes.

Now put the mix in a large shopper or cover it with cling film and leave it in a hot place for 2 hour.

Heat oil in a large pot and fry onions till golden brown.

Now add ginger garlic paste fry and, put mince and all ingredients in it. add 1/2 cup water and leave for 15 minutest on slow heat.

When mince is cooked thoroughly, turn the flame high to dry the water thoroughly. Its ready t be filled.

Make large ball of the dough and flat it with rolling pin.

Put mince mix over it and cut the dough according to the picture shown.

Now bake it for 10 minutes or few more minutes until it looks puffy and change color.
