Tarragon Chicken is like a chicken steam with a sauce, it can be served with steamed vegetables or with rice. The gravy is rich and taste very different than what you usually eat.
Mix chicken breasts with all marinade ingredients and marinate for 4 hours
Take a grill pan and cook the chicken on it till golden brown, keep it warm till the sauce is ready.
Heat oil in a wok and fry onions in it till it becomes transparent.
Add chopped garlic in it and reduce the flame, add milk, salt, pepper, mustard paste and tarragon.—
Cook it till half the milk remain, add cream cheese and cream in it.
Add mushrooms in it, if the texture is thick, add more milk.
Take a plate, place chicken and pour the sauce over it.
Garnish with tarragon leaves.
If you want to use Crème Fraîche instead of cream then combine 200ml heavy cream with 4 tablespoon butter milk, cover it and leave it overnight at room temperate.
In the morning you will have thick and slightly tangy buttery Crème Fraîche ready.
