Sift all purpose flour , baking powder, soda and salt twice.

Add little flour in chocolate. Chip and mix in this way they will not sit on the base of the muffin.

In another bowl add melted butter vegetable oil along with egg and mix well with hand beater or you can whisk it too with a hand whisker.

Now add both brown and white sugars and mix again till they are well combined. No need to over mix.

Add milk and vanilla essense mix well again.

Add the dry sifted ingredients in portions and fold in the batter.

At the end add chocolate chips and fold.

Line the muffin tray and pour this batter into it. Fill 3/4 of each.

Bake on 190 c for 20 to 25 minutes or till the tooth pick inserted comes out clean.

Take it out and let it rest for a while on the rack.

Muffins are ready to eat.
