Separate egg whites and egg yolks with clean hands
Preheat over for 15 to 20 minutes on maximum temperature
Cook the chocolate with 1 table spoon of milk in a pan over low flame. Stir continuously. Cook it for another minute when it melts completely to get a nice dark color.
Take butter and sugar in a bowl and beat them together on slow speed. when it is well combined slowly add egg yolks in it one by one and keep beating it
Take another bowl and add all the egg whites in it. Start beating them on max speed for 3 to 4 minutes till they are completely stiff and no liquid is present
Sift flour , baking powder and coco powder together thrice
Take a baking pan and grease it with oil. Dust some coco powder on it
Now in the batter of butter and sugar add melted chocolate , stiff whites and sifted flour in 3 batches . One batch includes:
1st = Add chocolate
2nd = sifted flour
3rd= stiff whites
Now fold with light hand and repeat this procedure twice. In the end also add the remaining milk.
Do not fold too much otherwise the batter won’t rise properly. For that in the first two batches roughly fold them and then fold them properly and smoothly when the final one is added.
Pour this mixture in to the greased baking pan and bang it on the counter twice so all the extra air is released. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes depending on your over on 180 degree C.
Check the cake with the skewer to see if it is properly cooked or not
Take it out of the oven when cooked and let it cool on the wire rack to cool it down completely before you frost it with chocolate fudge icing
Take all the mentioned ingredients together in a pan and cook them until they are all melted and well combined. Cook it for an extra minute when it starts boiling.
Cool this icing for an hour and then frost the cake.
Serve chilled
