Heat oven to 350 F.
Sift flour , baking powder , baking soda , salt and coco powder thrice. Then add sugar to these dry ingredients.
Now beat eggs , milk , oil and vanilla extract on medium speed until all mixed properly.
Add the dry ingredients in portions to the egg batter and beat on medium speed.
When the batter is all smooth and combined stir in the boiling warm water. ( the batter will be thin).
Line the muffin cups pan with paper bake cups.
Fill 2/3 cups with the batter.
Bake at 350 F for 20 to 22 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
Let them rest for a while until they are completely cooled down and then serve.
Optional: you can add 1 tea spoon leveled of coffee in the boiling water too if you like.
