Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler or a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat, and whisk in sugar.
Whisk in eggs, one at a time, until combined.
Fold in sifted coco powder. Fold in flour until combined.
This step is optional – After folding coco powder and flour add some chunks of chocolate in the batter according to taste and fold again. This makes brownies more rich in taste.
Pour batter into pan. Bake until set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs, 25-30 minutes. Let cool slightly in pan, about 15 minutes.
Use hot mixture of chocolate and butter , don’t let it rest. When they are melted completely just take it away from the stove and add sugar and eggs.
Do not beat the batter alot instead use whisk to combine sugar and eggs if u want to use beater at this point then beat less on low speed donot over beat and simply fold sifted coco powder and flour. Do not whisk or beat at this moment.
