Melt chocolate and butter on double boiler.
Take it off the heat. Add sugar and whisk well with hand whisk.
Then add eggs one by one and whisk well (the batter should not be very hot when you add eggs, it should be just warm) then add flour and fold well.
Pour in a well greased pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 180.
