Everyone love Flan, the creamy caramel dessert that tastes like heaven. Whenever I’ve made it, its finished in minuted. Everyone can’t have it enough.
Caramelize sugar in a pan. Leave it on slow flame and let it melt. When it melts gets brown take it out of the pan and pour it on the base of the pudding pan.
Now mix all other ingredients in a bowl with a whisk.
Make sure all ingredients are on room temperature.
Pour this mixture over the caramel and give it a water bath in a preheated oven at 180 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let it completely cold and refrigerate for a few hours or preferably over night.
Take it out in a dish after it is chilled and serve.
