Add butter and cardemom in the pan and fry sooji till it become light brown.
Take it off the flame and add sugar in it.
Mix very well and add milk and water slowly and mix well till it become paste.-‘
Put it on heat again and cook untill water evaporates and the halwa become thick.
Garnish with almonds or pistachios or if you like add kishmish in it.
