This egg less chocolate cake is a treat for all the pure vegetarians or any one who is allergic to eggs. Not only those people are going to enjoy it, but also all those who loves to eat moist cake especially the kids will love it . You cannot stop yourself after having a slice. A must try!!
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease and line a 7 inch pan with wax or butter paper and again grease the paper
Sieve flour, coco powder, baking soda and baking powder thrice. Add sugar and mix well. In a separate bowl take all wet ingredients coffee, melted butter, milk and yogurt. Mix until all ingredients are well combined
Now add this mixture in dry ingredients and mix well. Don’t over beat. Just beat until the ingredients are mixed nicely. Pour the batter in the pan and bake the cake from 35 to 40 minutes
Check the cake is done or not with a skewer. Time could be less or more depending upon the oven. Don’t over bake otherwise the cake will get dry. Take out the cake. Cool it on the wire rack and then frost it with Ganache.
For Ganache I used 200 grams cream and 200 grams chocolate with 1 tb butter. Melt all ingredients on double boiler, cool the mixture for an hour and frost the cake.
