Add carrots in a wok with milk and cream/malai. Let it cook till it becomes dry.
Meanwhile Mix with spoon in intervals. Once dry add ghee and do bhunae till oil leaves and carrots regains its color back.
Also add nuts of your choice and cardamom for aroma before doing bhunae.
When it leaves oil, add sugar to taste and mix well so it gets dissolved. Now add khoya (if not available, add 1 cup nido powder) and mix well.
Decorate well and serve hot.
