Peel the carrots, grate them and cook them in milk
When milk is almost dry add sugar in it and bhoonofy it till the sugar is completely dissolved and its dry
Heat the oil and add cardamon in it and fry for a little while.
After that pour this ghee in the carrot mixture and bhonoofy it till the ghee separates.
Turn the stove off and fold half of the khoya in it.
Now garnish it with crushed almonds , pistachios and remaining khoya.
The more you bhoonofy it the more tasty it will become.
The more you cook the carrots with milk on low flame the more it will absorb flavor.
You can also add 1 1/2 tsp of saffron in this.
If you don’t have ghee around you can use oil instead.
