Wash dry and marinate the chicken with the ingredients mentioned above for half an hour.
Deep fry in hot oil for 2 minutes , drain and cover.
Add garlic to the wok along with oil and saute till it turns into beautiful golden color. Add Chinese chilli sauce and fried chicken slices, toss well for 10 seconds.
Add all the vegetables in it except green onion and fry again for a minute.
Pour the stock along with all the seasoning and sauces. Bring it to a good boil and thicken it with cornstarch paste (Mix 1 tbsp corn starch and 1 tbsp water) and add green onion.
Serve hot with any Chinese rice.
