Heat oil and add garlic saute for 30 seconds
Add all the rest of the ingredients and saute again for 30 seconds.
Fold in noodles and toss well.
Marinate chicken for 15 to 30 minutes.
Deep fry in hot oil for not more than 3 minutes.
Cover the pieces after draining the excess oil otherwise they will get hard.
In a wok heat oil and add garlic and onions. Fry for a minute.
Now add all the other ingredients of the sauce except green onion and fry for a minute. Add water after that.
Thicken it with cornflour paste. Add green onions at this point.
Add in all the fried chicken pieces.
Dish out sauted noodles in a dish and pour the chicken veggies gravy on it.
You can also place the noodles separately in a bowl and serve the chicken in a sizzler with it.
Keep in mind that alot of red chilli is added in thw recipe because it is hot chilli noodles. If you want to have a mild taste of chillies than you can add less chillie sauce and crushed red chillies. Add it according to your taste. For that you can half the quantities of chillies used in the recipe.
