Lal Masala Prawn of Prawn red curry is a seafood dish that can be served with rice. It is spicy and very delicious and something different than usual.

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend it except prawns and yogurt.
Heat oil and put the blended mixture in it.
Fry it till the water evaporates and oil leaves the sides of the pan.
Now add prawns in it and fry for few minutes.
Add yogurt and some water and let it simmer on low heat with lid on.
When the prawns are tender and cooked increase the heat and fry it.
When the oil leaves the sides of Prawns, turn the heat off and put Garam Masala over it.
Serve with boiled rice.
Don’t overcook it since the prawns become hard like this.
If you think the chilli is less at the end, you can add some black pepper in it.
