This hot and spicy fries fish gravy is a must for seafood lovers. It is so yummy that you will cook it again and again
Add all the marination ingredients in the fish.
Right after 10 minutes roll each piece in all purposr flour and deep fry in hot oil for 4 to 5 minutes till light golden brown.
Heat oil and chilly oil together.
Add crushed garlic and saute till light golden.
Add onion and green chillies and saute well for a minute.
Add ketchup and saute for 1 minute .
Add all the seasoning salt, sugar, lemon juice, crushed red pepper, chicken powder and cook for 2 more minutes.
Lastly add water and let it cook for 1 to 2 more minutes.
Add fried fish in the hot sauce right before serving. Toss it well.
Garnish with spring onion’s green part (optional).
Serve hot with garlic or any kind of rice.
