Nutella Halwa is a perfect blend of east and west, its a halwa but with chocolaty flavor. Its super easy to make and you will love how different and great it tastes. When you crave to have some sweet in no time, try this nutella halwa. It is different and quick.
In a pan add wheat flour and dry roast it till you turns in to light golden color. Be very careful not to burn it at this point. Keep stirring and don’t let it get dark.
Once wheat flour is dry roasted add ghee and stir well.
Add sugar and cardamom powder and again mix well.
Add the water and keep stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed.
Add and fold Nutella well.
If Halwa is soft at this point it’s ok because it gets thicker after a while.
Garnish with chopped pistachios and almonds and serve hot.
