This pineapple delight is one of the desserts I love to make overnight. It require simple ingredients, easy to make and very tasty to eat. It works best with the Milkpak cream. I have tried it with fresh western cream but it doesn’t taste as good as it does with Milkpak cream.
Prepare the jelly with instructions on the box usually its a pack of jelly dissolved in 400ml boiling water. Refrigerate it to set before you cut it in chunks.
Take a deep dish and start laying. Put a layer of Marie biscuits put pineapple chunks along with some pineapple juice over it.
Put a thick layer of cream on it then jelly chunks over it.
Put another thin layer of cream then Marie biscuits, pineapple chunks and cream and then at last Jelly on top.
Chill it overnight to let it set so the biscuits are all soft.
