This is a quick Mediterranean dessert cooked with Pheniyan (Vermicelli) with easy ingredients and very different and tasteful.

Add melted butter to the pheoni n saute for a while in frying pan.
Now take a baking dish and spread half of this on the base as first layer.
Now spread the cheese cubes all over.
Pour the cream evenly on the cheese cubes.
Cover it with the remaining pheoni.
Bake for good 15 to 20 minutes on 150 degree.
Now make sheera by mixing half cup of water with half cup of sugar. Pour it in a pan n cook it along with 1 table spoon of lemon and rose water / kewra essence. You can add saffron if u like.
Take out the baking dish and pour this sheera on it . Leave for 5 to 7 minutes till it absord all the cheera.
Garnish it with cream and nuts.
Serve hot.
