This recipe of No bake Strawberry Cheese Cake is the quickest to make and yummiest to eat! These cakes have become more and more famous in Pakistan, so its a chance for all the house wives to impress their families and guests by serving this delicious cake after dinner.
Crush digestive cookies in the process and add melted butter in it. Mix them well. spread it on the base of 8 inches spring form pan and press it properly to make an even crust. refrigerate for 30 minutes
Add cream cheese , cream , granulated sugar , cottage cheese , lemon juice and whole eggs in the blender. Blend till they are all well combined. ( you can also use a beater )
prepare gelatin by adding it in 2 table spoons of water and let it swell. It will take few minutes. After that heat it till the gelatin is all dissolved in the water
let it cool a little and add in the cheese cake mixture. Mix it well and pour over the crust
Refrigerate over night. when you take it out from the fridge to serve , separate the edges of the cake from the mold by using a hot knife around the edges of the cake and then open the spring form
Pour strawberry pie filling tin over the cheese cake ( I used American Garden) and serve
