Blend eggs , salt , pepper and milk in the blender till they are all smooth

Add flour in it now and blend till it’s all well combined

Boil some boneless chicken with salt and pepper and shred it or you can also use fry readymade tender pops in cubes or fry and shred the boneless chicken strips. That’s entirely up to your choice. (I fried tender pops and then chopped them)

Take a big non- stick pan, brush some oil on the surface of the pan. Pour a big spoon of batter over it and spread it evenly to the end of the pan. It has to be thin and big. (should touch the corners of the pan)
Now let it cook on low flame. Its top will start changing color. When the color is changed to slightly cook one, turn the side over and let the other side cook

In the main while put all the filling ingredients on one half side of the pan cake. Drizzle ketchup and mayonnaise on all the ingredients. Flip the other half on it and press lightly with the spatula. Turn the side over again with the help of two spatulas

Now let the other side cook for a minute till the color is a little golden brown and then with the help of two spatulas flip the side again making a triangle. Turn the side over again. Has to be light golden brown from all sides

Carefully place it on the plate and serve hot
