Boil and shred chicken. Keep aside.
In a pan take 1 to 2 tbsps oil and saute garlic in it till it smells nice.
Add chili sauce and saute for 30 seconds.
Add any vegetables of your choice i added carrots , capsicum , cabbage in any quantity you desire and saute well.
Add shredded chicken along with soya sauce , salt and black pepper and saute all the vegetables along with chicken well.
Keep aside to cool it down completely.
Transfer it in to a bowl and add mayo ,cream, crushed red pepper, chilli garlic sauce, vinegar and ketchup in it. Mix well.
You can check the taste and adjust the flavour according to your taste at this point.
Assemble two pieces of bread over each other like you do for making sandwich.
Place them on a flat surface and flat them down with a rolling pin. Make sure you flat them properly.
First use the rolling pin on one side, turn the side and flat it from the other side too to make sure it is done properly and the slices are completely stick to each other.
Take any round shape cover or cutter, place it on the flatten bread sandwich and press it down.
You can use a knife to trim the edges if they are not coming off.
Now dip this round shaped shandwich in the egg batter.
Coat it with crumbs properly and deep fry in hot oil for a minute or 2 until you get nice golden color and they will puffed up too. Make sure the oil is warm not cold when add the bread.
Take it out on the tissue paper so the excessive oil is gone.
Now take a knife and cut the bread into half.
If you cant see any opening you can use a knife gently in the middle of the bread pieces to make a pocket.
Fill the pocket with the filling you have prepared.
Serve with ketchup.
You can make any filling of your choice for these bread pocket.
You can fry the chicken pieces and use it in the filling too instead of using boiled shredded chicken.
Any vegetables can be used in the filling like spring onions, carrots, capsicum etc or you can totally omit the vegetables if you don’t like.
You can also add cheese if you are a cheese lover.
For a traditional/ desi touch you can marinate the chicken pieces with tikka masala, fry it, shred it and then add spices and mayo in it.
If you like garlic alot then you can even use mayo garlic for the batter.
