For dough first of all you have to prepare the yeast.
Take Luke warm water and add sugar and yeast in it. Leave it for 5 to ten minutes. When It gets frothy and rise means your yeast is ready.
Now take 3 cups leveled flour in a bowl.
Put salt, oil, caster sugar and yeast in it. Add water and knead well to make a soft dough. The dough should not be sticky nor very hard. Brush the bowl surface and dough with a little oil.
Cover the bowl and place in a warm place for one hour or until it gets double in size and rise double in size.
Add oil in a wok and sauté garlic paste in it. Cook on low flame when it turns in to good golden color then put onion and fry it for a while. When they turn soft add chilli sauce and fry for a while again.
Add crushed red chillies and chicken mince . fry it till it changes its color. Peel the tomato and cut it into small pieces. ( you can blend it too if u want).
Cover the wok with a lid and let it cook for 5 minutes. Then add salt, soya sauce , black pepper and chilli garlic sauce. Fry ( bhonofy ) them all and its done.
Take out the dough on the counter when it is doubled in volume.
Punch down the dough lightly using your palm.
Divide it into two sections.
Roll out the dough into rectangular shape. Brush some softened butter on it.
Place the filling in the center of it and make slits on both of the longer sides.
Start bringing the topmost slit ends across from each other alternately.
Make a crisscross design from left to right and right to left.
In the end either you can tuck in the tail inside or you can leave it outside for a design.
Apply the egg wash on the top.
Sprinkle the top with sesame seeds.
Grease the tray with some oil and sprinkle some flour over it. Place the bread on this tray with light hands.
Let it prove for another 10 to 20 minutes.
When they rise again bake them in a preheated oven on 200c for 20 to 30 minutes or until its done.
You can make any other filling of your choice and follow the same procedure.
