Heat oven to 175c.
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and beat them with an electric beater until smooth.
Put it in a loaf tin, tap the bottom on your work surface so there aren’t any air bubbles left in it.
Bake it for 25-10 mins or until a toothpick inserted inside comes out clean.
Cool it first before taking it out of the pan and keep it in an airtight container to consume later if you like
