This is a restaurant grade fried fish in Hot Szechuan sauce. Serve it hot and it will taste like you are enjoying a dish in the restaurant. If you have battered fish available in market and you want to prepare something quick, you can simply use it. Fry it or bake it and when its crispy enough pour the sauce over it and serve immediately with rice or fries.

I used battered fish from market and served it with this sauce. It was too good. Yumm
